Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST generally ship the next business day. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as business days — we do not fulfill, process, or ship orders on these days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be processed and shipped on Monday. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50, pre-tax and after discounts.

Standard Shipping orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and seasonal volume or peaks. For orders in U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO, orders are generally delivered within 7–21 business days. Any other fulfillment interruptions will be announced on our website and social media platforms.

Please note — for Priority Shipping, orders must be placed before 12 PM PST to be fulfilled the same day. Priority orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship out the following business day. Priority and Expedited shipping do not include weekend delivery. We are unable to offer Expedited or Priority shipping to P.O. Boxes. If the address contains a P.O. Box, the order will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

General Shipping Terms

Shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may change due to circumstances outside of our control, including natural disasters, inclement weather, service interruptions, and carrier delays. While we do all we can to ensure your order arrives on time, legavenue.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control. All shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable.

You will be charged at checkout for your order, including any applicable shipping and tax charges. Legavenue.com currently ships to all 50 states, U.S. Territories, & APO/FPO/DPO. For orders outside of the US, please click here.

Disclaimer

At Leg Avenue, we want to make sure your order arrives safely. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier — we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed off to the carrier. To protect your order against transit mishaps or porch piracy, we highly recommend adding Checkout+ Package Protection at checkout. If you opt out and encounter a delivery issue, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We'll help guide you through filing an official claim with the carrier.

Checkout+ Package Protection

We offer optional Checkout+ Package Protection at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can file a claim directly through our claims portal for a replacement or refund. Replacement orders ship via standard UPS ground shipping. Claims are resolved within 24–48 hours. If protection was not purchased at the time of checkout, lost, stolen, and damaged packages are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Pre-Order Items

Some items on our site may be offered as Pre-Order. These products are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance of their expected arrival. Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly displayed on the product page, for example: "Pre-Order: Starts shipping Mid-May". Please note that these dates are estimates only and may change due to production timelines, transit delays, or other factors outside of our control.

Pre-order items will become available to ship no more than 30 days from the date the item was made available for pre-order. If an item is delayed beyond that window, you will be notified by email, and you are entitled to a full refund if you wish to cancel.

Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of checkout to reserve your item. If your order includes a pre-order item, that item will ship once it becomes available. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship in multiple shipments. Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited or priority shipping methods — once shipped, standard transit times will apply based on the shipping method selected at checkout. We will notify you by email once your pre-order item has shipped.

Australia

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in Australia. Orders ship via FedEx and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days once shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and delivery destination.

All prices shown on legavenue.com for Australian customers include GST. Orders shipped to Australia do not incur additional duty fees upon delivery. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
