Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed before 12 PM PST typically ship the same day. We do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Any other fulfillment interruptions will be announced on our website and social media platforms. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

주문은 일반적으로 다음 영업일에 발송됩니다. 오후 12시(PST) 이전에 접수된 주문은 당일 발송될 수 있습니다. 토요일, 일요일 및 공휴일에는 주문을 처리하지 않습니다. 기타 이행 중단 사항은 당사 웹사이트 및 소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 통해 공지됩니다. 금요일~일요일에 접수된 주문은 월요일에 발송됩니다.

Leg Avenue is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. This includes, but is not limited to, lost or stolen packages, carrier delays, or issues caused by weather or transit conditions. These issues are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Pre-Order Items / 사전 주문 상품

Some items on our site may be offered as Pre-Order. These products are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance of their expected arrival.

당사 사이트의 일부 상품은 사전 주문(Pre-Order)으로 제공될 수 있습니다. 이러한 제품들은 현재 재고가 없지만 예상 입고 전에 미리 구매할 수 있습니다.

Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items will be clearly displayed on the product page, for example: "Pre-Order: Starts shipping Mid-May". Please note that these dates are estimates only and may change due to production timelines, transit delays, or other factors outside of our control.

Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of checkout to reserve your item. If your order includes a pre-order item, that item will ship once it becomes available.

사전 주문 상품의 결제는 상품 예약을 위해 결제 시 수집됩니다. 주문에 사전 주문 상품이 포함된 경우, 해당 상품은 입고되는 즉시 발송됩니다.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship in multiple shipments. Available in-stock items may ship separately from pre-order items.

재고 상품과 사전 주문 상품이 모두 포함된 주문은 여러 차례에 걸쳐 발송될 수 있습니다. 재고 상품은 사전 주문 상품과 별도로 발송될 수 있습니다.

Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited or priority shipping methods. Once shipped, standard transit times will apply based on the shipping method selected at checkout, where applicable.

사전 주문 상품은 특급 또는 우선 배송 방법을 이용할 수 없습니다. 발송 후에는 결제 시 선택한 배송 방법에 따라 표준 운송 시간이 적용됩니다.

Our shipping transit times are not guaranteed. The delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change without your approval due to uncontrollable circumstances. Circumstances may include: natural disaster, inclement weather, service interruptions, etc. All shipping fees – if charged, are non-refundable.

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in South Korea. Orders ship via FedEx International Connect Plus® and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days once shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery destination.

대한민국 고객 여러분께 배송 서비스를 제공하게 되어 기쁩니다. 주문은 FedEx International Connect Plus®를 통해 발송되며, 발송 후 일반적으로 5~7 영업일 이내에 배달됩니다. 배송비는 주문 중량 및 배송지에 따라 결제 시 계산됩니다.

All prices shown on legavenue.com for South Korean customers include VAT (부가가치세). All applicable customs duties and import fees are prepaid at checkout — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery destination.
