Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, they are ineligible for returns.

Eligible merchandise can be returned to Leg Avenue for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition in which they were received (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging). Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (see list of final sale items above). Refer to the full return policy for more detail and exceptions.

We will issue a store credit or refund for eligible returned items, as well as associated state tax. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end.

All products marked 50% Off or more cannot combine discounts.

Items returned in an unsellable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued.

Leg Avenue does not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend you place a separate order and request a return authorization.


How to Start a Return

To begin your return, visit our Return Portal:

Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. This will take you to your order details, where you can select the Return Items button.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

You’ll receive an update once your return has been processed. Please allow 7–14 days for receipt and processing. Bank processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

We work quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible, so regrettably we are unable to guarantee or accomodate any changes to your order after it has been placed. This can include but is not limited to:

  • Billing and shipping address changes
  • Order Cancellations
  • Order Modifications (Changing Sizes, Colors, Quantity)
  • Shipping method changes

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Shipped

    Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to notify us of the issue. Please include pictures of the defective item with your request so that we can take immediate action. A team member will provide a return shipping label and assist with replacing the damaged item.

    Should you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact our team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to receive your return shipping label and have your replacement sent out to you

      International Orders

      For international orders, all return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date

      Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

      Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above and be received in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
