How We Got Here
Humble Beginnings
A family arrives from Taipei with an eye for design and a drive to create something different. Selling at flea markets and kiosks in downtown L.A., they begin reworking imported stockings—adding zippers, lace, and unexpected details that turn everyday pieces into something bold, playful, and entirely new.
Leg Avenue, Inc. Is Born
What started at swap meets became something bigger. Leg Avenue, Inc. was formed to bring new ideas to life—evolving from hosiery into lingerie, and setting the stage for what came next.
We Brought Sexy to Halloween
At a trade show in Chicago, a simple customer comment sparked something unexpected. The following year, Leg Avenue returned with a now-iconic look: black lingerie paired with cat ears—a turning point and the start of a whole new category.
Expanding—and Editing
As the brand grew, Leg Avenue explored new categories and ideas—learning what worked, and just as importantly, what didn't. That process helped shape the brand into what it is today: focused, expressive, and always evolving.
