Consider yourself spellbound. The Dark Lolita Velvet Witch Hat by Leg Avenue takes the classic witch hat somewhere far more enchanting, with plush black velvet, delicate pleated chiffon trim, dimensional floral accents, tiny bat wings, and intricate bric brac details. A dangling metal spider charms the dramatically curved tip, while long sheer tulle ties fasten sweetly beneath the chin for the perfect dark cottage core finish. Romantic, mysterious, and just a little wicked, it’s the statement-making finishing touch your witch costume has been waiting for.
