Layered Tulle Petticoat Costume Skirt

It was the perfect length for my cosplay dress and made it nice and fluffy with shape. The only thing I didn’t like was the unfinished stitching on the inside, so care washing this or reusing(they should of done a reverse stitch to finish the ends rather than just leaving them loose)

Exactly the product I’ve been needing for so long! The quality of this particular brand isn’t anything crazy, but it’s great for a costume or special event (material is def a little itchy, but I was expecting that). Also, the band was a little tight and not the most flattering, but thankfully I had enough layers over it to cover any lumps. This skirt is also very short, so any dress or skirt that isn’t a mini length will look a bit odd over it. The dress I wore with it was almost too long, which caused the ends to droop down a little.

This is the first really fluffy petticoat I've found that fits around my larger waist and hips, which is super great! The only downside is that I'm not just big, but I'm tall. I'm 5'11'' and it is SHORT when you put it where it's supposed to go (aka on my waist). It does give a really lovely cupcake shape though! And I can bring it down farther to compensate for how short it is. The main downside besides that is that it's a little scratchy since it doesn't have a lining. But it's honestly not that bad because it's a fairly soft tulle! (the first picture is the skirt w/out the petti, 2nd is with)

OK, I bought this for an 80's themed party. I was afraid it would not fit me after reading some reviews. When I took it out of the package I went OMG, never....but it stretches to fit up to I would say a size 18 at least. And I mean a Lane Bryant 16/18. I wore leggings and tutu and not everyone dressed to theme, and people were complimenting me all night. One woman even asked where I got the tutu, I said 'where you get everything - Amazon!' This is kinda see-thru so you definitely need to wear something under it, even just tights. I got pink so I can't say how the other colors are. Black would probably be the least sheer, but just guessing. This was also plenty fluffy and I didn't do anything to it other than take it out of the package and wear it!Here are pics. I am not a small woman, but I don't have big hips. I wear a 16/18 bottom and an XL top. If you have really wide hips it might not work, but a normal 16/18 and below, you will be fine. It just looks small when it's un-stretched.

I actually purchased one of these in white several years ago and recently found myself needing one in black. I was thrilled to find the exact petticoat still available! I used this for a concert outfit and I really liked it. Added a good amount of poof and came about mid-thigh for me. It is a bit uncomfortable after a while since the tule used isnt that soft but should be fine if you wear shorts or a slip skirt.

This petticoat is for a Halloween costume Gothic Little Red Riding Hood from Leg Avenue. It’s sold separately. It’s got a nice stretch to the waist band and the material isn’t stiff but it’s also not as soft as I had hoped. Wouldn’t wear it for anything other than costume pairing.

This petticoat is truly a one size fits most with soft, comfortable material against your skin. I needed this for under a costume and it worked perfectly. I’ve had other petticoats scratch my skin leaving scratches on my legs. This one didn’t do that at all and was comfortable to wear all day.

Layered Tulle Petticoat Costume Skirt

I bought this to go under my pirate costume and it was so perfect! First of all it’s 2 layers of puffiness and it was everything that I asked for. For curvy girls, this will fit you JUST fine. It has a stretchable waistband and the fabric is so full that even when stretched it will still be super full because it’s layered. If you want a super full petticoat under your skirt, buy this one! You won’t be disappointed!! Highly recommend!

The stitching was loose when I opened the package. Elastic around the waist was twisted and uncomfortable to wear. Very cheap quality for the price.

I am 5'9", 210 lbs. This fit perfect on me. I'm using it to put underneath a dress costume for Halloween. It will give the dress the extra poof needed. It is definitely see thru so I would only wear this underneath a dress. Unless, you plan on wearing leggings underneath, you could go that route, as well. I'd say it fit me great with an elastic waist, you can't go wrong. There's room for flexibility when I sit down...Nice enough quality for the price paid. I washed it in the washer on delicates, even though it says hand wash only. I didn't have any problems and I aired dried it on a hanger. Very happy with my purchase! 👻

Look cute and sexy

3 years I got a purple tutu from this brand to wear. It was sized great and terrific quality. But they have changed manufacturing companies or suppliers. Now they are cheaper, less quality, and run small. Disappointed 😞

Very stretchy waistband. It did ride up a little bit because of the silky waistband. For reference I’m 5’3 and I felt the length was perfect.

This product works great as I paired it with the recommended Santa dress for a Christmas themed show I was in as well as added it to a couple looks for a shoot that added volume and character to my looks! Runs slightly tighter than size but is stretchy. Definitely would recommend!

i bought this to go under a costume for halloween to add an extra level to the outfit and it was the perfect way to go. i ended up having to pin the costume skirt higher by an inch because the tutu and skirt were different lengths BUT that was my fault and not the skirts. it’s not scratchy and i wore it multiple nights,, all night. definitely keeping it tucked around

I bought this to go with a snow white costume. It fit fine and was comfortable when wearing it. I did have to be mindful not to bend over or it would show too much. Just remember to stop if you need to pick something up. It was pretty sheer but since I was wearing it under another skirt it was not a problem for me.
