Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, legavenue.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges.We will ship to all U.S. Territories.
Lingerie, Hosiery & Clearance Items are final sale.
Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed & with original tags & packaging).
Leg Avenue will take back merchandise within 30 days, given that it's in the same condition you got it in with original tags and packaging.
Shipping fees will not be credited unless the error was on our end.
Processing returns can take a few days, please be patient.
No returns will be authorized or accepted 11/1 though 11/30 – Halloween sales are final.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM (S) SHIPPED
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is included. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN
To obtain a return authorization, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the details of your return or exchange. Once you have your RA#, download and fill out the return form here:
Fill out all the important info on your return form, especially Order # and RA#.
Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package). Make sure to print the RA# on the outside of the box!
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
