  • Shipping & Delivery

    Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
    You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges.
    We will ship to all U.S. Territories.
  • Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love what you ordered! To be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, items purchased from must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. You will have up to 60 days after items have shipped to exchange or receive store credit.

    Returns & Exchanges Conditions

    To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the return form.
    Please see tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
    • Lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. If applicable, do not remove protective slip.
    • Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
    • Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

    Complete the Return Reason Code listed on your Return Form and place it in your securely sealed shipping container. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the Return Form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is still available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
    At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping is not refundable.

    Transit Time: We’ll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll waive the Standard shipping fee on your new order!

    If you’ve lost your packing slip and you are the original purchases, click on your Order Status. If you are not already signed-in, please log into your account. Click on the order you wish to return. Print out the Order Summary page and include it with the items you would like to return. If you are making an exchange, please make a note of the new item(s). Follow the return directions above.

    Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.
